Owners Message

           Caroline’s Cottage KW has been in the family for at least 4 generations and it’s had a great change. Two years ago the city gave us permission to tear down and rebuild keeping it in the same footprint as before.  It was important to keep the interior of the house as a true shot-gun style conch house as a reminder of the house that I have so many fond memories of growing up in as a child. My grandparents raised 3 children in this home. One was my mother. To honor my mother I named the home after her. It was her parents' and grandparents’ home.
